Shree Gadhimai Panchabarsiya Mela 2081. It is held every 5 years, and the fair lasts for 20 days. It is described as one of the largest animal sacrifice events.
The major objective of followers is to win the Goddess Gadhimai Devi’s favor. She is thought to be the Hindu religion’s goddess of power. Animal sacrifices, according to participants, will put an end to evil and bring wealth into their lives.
Some five million people from adjoining districts—and also from the bordering Indian states of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh—will attend the festival.
The festival began with ceremonial offerings, including the symbolic sacrifice of five animals to honor the goddess.
